We are opening Appleby Public Hall Supper Room every Thursday from 5th January to the end of March, to provide somewhere warm and welcoming for people to spend time. Open weekly from 10am until 1pm, hot drinks will be provided as well as homemade soup from Low Howgill.

We will also be providing monthly repair workshops and computer skills, as well as board games and jigsaws.

With temperatures falling as energy bills rise, many people across Cumbria are struggling to afford their utility bills. Funding has been provided to run Warm Spots around Cumbria to help them open for longer this winter and provide a warm place for people to shelter from the cold and to help mitigate the cost of living crisis.
